Evaluation of Financing and Functioning of Secondary Schools at the Level of the Town of Šumperk

Diplomová práce na téma Zhodnocení postavení středních škol na úrovni města Šumperk si klade za cíl pomocí aplikace vybraných finančních ukazatelů z výkazu zisku a ztrát zkoumaných středních škol identifikovat aspekty financování hodnocených středních škol prostřednictvím přepočtu na jednotku, konkrétně jednoho žáka. Dílčím cílem je zhodnocení postavení vybraných středních škol na úrovni města Šumperk v letech 2015 – 2020 v souvislosti s reformou financování regionálního školství na základě kritéria úspěšnosti u přijímacích a maturitních zkoušek. Byly položeny tři výzkumné otázky. První zní, zda roční výše příjmů na žáka za období 2015 – 2020 roste ve vybraném vzorku středních škol vzájemně srovnatelným tempem oproti průměrnému tempu růstu na úrovni +/- 10 %. Druhá se ptá, zda se průměrná úspěšnost všech uchazečů konajících přijímací zkoušky na jednotlivé školy drží v pásmu +/- 10 % vzhledem k celkovému průměru, a třetí zní, zda je úspěšnost žáků u maturitních zkoušek na Gymnáziu za školní roky 2015/2016 – 2020/2021 minimálně o 10 % vyšší než u odborných středních škol. Všechny výzkumné otázky byly zamítnuty. Nejvýznamnějším čerpatelem dotací byla Střední škola řemesel, nejvíce dotací z projektů ESF čerpala Střední odborná škola. Gymnázium spolu s Obchodní akademií a Střední průmyslovou školou poskytují nejkvalitnější vzdělání v Šumperku a největší zájem mají uchazeči o studium na Obchodní akademii. Reforma financování nejvíce pomohla školám s nižší naplněností kapacity.The diploma thesis Evaluation of the status of secondary schools at the level of the city of Šumperk aims to identify the aspects of the evaluated secondary schools funding through the conversion to a unit, namely one pupil, using the application of selected financial indicators from the profit and loss statement of the examined secondary schools. The partial goal is to evaluate the status of selected secondary schools at the level of the city of Šumperk in the years 2015-2020 in connection with the reform of regional education funding based on the criterion of success in entrance and matriculation exams. Three research questions were asked. The first is whether the annual amount of income per pupil for the period 2015 – 2020 is growing in the selected sample of secondary schools at a mutually comparable rate compared to the average rate of growth at the +/- 10%. The second asks whether the average success rate of all applicants taking entrance exams for individual schools is within +/- 10% of the overall average, and the third asks whether the success rate of students in the secondary school leaving exams for the school years 2015/2016 – 2020 /2021 is at least 10% higher than for vocational secondary schools. All research questions were rejected. The most significant recipient of subsidies was the Secondary School of Crafts, the Secondary Vocational School received the most subsidies from ESF projects. The Grammar School, together with the Business Academy and the Secondary Industrial School, provide the highest quality education in Šumperk, and the Business Academy attracts the most applicants. Because of the immensity nothing about impact of the tax system on the level of living can be found in this work. The development of the structure of the tax systems from the first mentions during the history events till today is described there. Some basic facts from tax problems are explained there and detailed description of the structure of the tax system of The Czech Republic and Sweden isn’t missing. The development of communicative competence of the preschool-aged children

My bachelor thesis is focused on characterization of up to date scholastic changes in the environment of the nursery school, especially in the light of their stipulation in the national document for education called ``Framework educational programme for pre-school education{\crqq}. The topic explored in my thesis is the communicative competence of preschool children. The theoretical part of the thesis elaborate on general introduction to the problematic of the communicative competence development, explain related concepts and provide some knowledge from the literature dealing with the topic of communicative competence. The practical part of the thesis explore on the pedagogic monitoring of the communicative competence development for the children in the heterogeneous nursery school divided into two different age groups. The new experimental program was developed for the examination of the practical part. The technique of the pedagogic monitoring was chosen for the efficiency assessment of this specially developed experimental program
